Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently seeking HSE Engineers to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable team in Shuaiba Oil Pier Project, in Kuwait.

Role Summary:
The HSE Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with KNPC regulations and standards.
What you will need to do:

• Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.

• Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.

• Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.

• Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.

• Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)

• Ability to develop HSE plans, Emergency response procedures/plans.

• Ability to analyze incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.

• Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.

• Ability to speak, read & write English with good communication skills.

• Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills

What you will need to have:

• A four-year full-time degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology Degree in Engineering (B. Tech)/ Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)

• Minimum 5 years safety work experience in Oil & Gas industries construction or have minimum six years' experience in the field of Safety in Oil & Gas fields/Oil Refineries/ Petrochemical Plants.

• International Safety Diploma/ NEBOSH International Diploma and any professional qualification like CSP/ CMIOSH/CRSP are highly recommended

• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 9001 is highly appreciated

• Ability to speak, read and write English very well.

What it is nice to have:

• Previous experience working in GCC countries on oil and gas projects with an EPC contractor or a heavy industrial construction company in the oil and gas sector
