Job description
Administer critical medications and titrate vasoactive drips, meticulously monitoring patient responses and adjusting dosages for optimal hemodynamic stability.Perform advanced respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation management, weaning protocols, and airway clearance techniques, ensuring adequate oxygenation and ventilation.Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in mental status, motor function, and sensory deficits.Manage complex wound care and ostomy management for critically ill patients, preventing infection and promoting healing. Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.Hold current RN licensure in the state of practice.Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.Have at least 2-3 years of direct experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
