Job description
Work Location: Dedicated Plant Site (Site Ownership - Take full ownership of the site, ensuring complete end to end complete IT Support and user satisfaction for all onsite requirements.Technical Scope: General troubleshooting of Laptop / desktops, IP phones, Basic network connectivity, Software/OS installation and ensuring device compliance and antivirus applications meet support standards.Asset Management: Full ownership of site IT Assets, including inventory tracking and documentation.SLA Management: Manage & resolve tickets via our internal ITSM tool strictly within define timelines.Collaboration: Escalate infrastructure or higher administration issues to the dedicated backend teams.
