Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of all sports and leisure facilities, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals. Oversee a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure exceptional service. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users. Plan, coordinate, and promote a diverse range of recreational programs and events to attract and engage the community. Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for equipment, supplies, and services. Requirements Proven experience in leisure facility management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sports operations. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent financial management and budgeting capabilities. Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations within the sports and leisure sector. Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Business Administration, or a related field.
