About the Role

Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling is seeking a Payroll Processor to join their team. This full-time role involves managing payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information, such as contracts, timesheets, bonuses, and leave requests, for uninterrupted payroll processing.
• Process employee payroll accurately to facilitate timely salary payments.
• Maintain and file payroll records with supporting documents for easy retrieval, reference, and audit purposes.
• Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of all financial documents and system entries impacting payroll.
• Reconcile current month's payroll with the previous month's to identify and justify any discrepancies.
• Stay informed on government regulations and company policies regarding employee payments and allowances, advising management of any revisions to ensure compliance.
• Ensure payroll master files, including deductions and benefits, are maintained and updated regularly.
• Collaborate with the IT team on system changes to optimize payroll system usage.
• Verify monthly input data related to employee payments and allowances, ensuring adherence to company policy.
• Ensure all clearance forms are completed by relevant departments for accurate End of Service Benefits (EOSB) payments and to resolve outstanding amounts.
• Address staff inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
• Prepare Bee upload files and update timesheet templates for each payroll cycle.
• Generate salary analyses and reports as required by management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee pay records.
General Requirements and Support Functions
• Provide assistance to other business units on job-related issues and participate in routine checks to maintain safety and quality standards, if required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols, cooperating with the company and colleagues to meet legal and company requirements.
• Adapt to and participate in company programs and changes, including strategic and operational initiatives.
• Support the organization during extraordinary events such as contractor claims, dispute reviews, and arbitration.
• Perform other company-required activities, both on-premises and remotely.
• Proactively seek relevant internal and external information to enhance job performance and provide insights on potential opportunities or challenges.
• Contribute to activities as needed to ensure continuity of work during colleagues' absences.
Experience
