Planning Maintenance Technician (2 Positions) – Bahrain We are hiring two Planning Maintenance Technicians to join the Power Maintenance Planning team of a leading industrial company in Bahrain. Role Overview: You will schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors and service contracts, prepare weekly schedules and outage plans, and deliver reports and statistical analysis to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and outage plans independently - Prioritize and coordinate tasks based on system demand and resource availability - Coordinate with contractors for job execution - Manage service contracts and material purchase orders - Visit work sites to assess scheduling requirements - Analyze data, evaluate results, and present solutions to supervisors - Write clear technical reports Requirements: - Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in power plants, petrochemical, oil & gas, or RO/desalination plants - Proven hands-on experience in plant maintenance AND maintenance planning (mandatory) - Solid knowledge of maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective) - Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Must pass a medical fitness assessment, including vision and color vision tests - Must be comfortable working at height and in confined spaces How to Apply: Send your updated CV to [admin@alezz.com] with the subject line
