A great opportunity has opened up at Wintrelo W.L.L. for a Project Manager (IT Outsourcing).

In This Role, You Will:
• Support system monitoring and routine maintenance tasks
• Escalate critical issues per the account's escalation process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical tickets within SLA
• Document technical processes and solutions clearly
• Deliver outsourced IT support/development tasks for the client account

What It Takes:
• Available for rotating shifts as required by the account
• Relevant IT support or development experience
• Comfortable working within a client's existing systems and tools
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Work from anywhere - this position is 100% remote.
