Job Purpose

Implement, facilitate, and maintain a world-class company-wide management system. Design and deliver assigned components of the management system and act as the designated area's focal point for ongoing support and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise on the development of work plans to implement the management system in designated areas.
• Facilitate cross-functional process teams to implement work plans, transform or improve selected business processes, analyze process-related performance issues, recommend improvements, and facilitate stakeholder endorsement of process changes.
• Coordinate with Process Owners to ensure timely progress of approved implementation plans and report progress to the Steering Committee.
• Attend periodic Process Governance Committee meetings following implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes. Advise Process Owners on resolving performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to the management system framework in areas of expertise by coordinating assessment schedules and monitoring and reporting on the closure of gaps to management.
• Train business process improvement team leads and champions to ensure their success in transforming and maintaining business processes.
• Develop and deliver training on the management system, ranging from general awareness to specific requirements for advanced competencies; monitor effectiveness of training and assist in periodically reporting results to management.
• Represent the management system as a subject matter expert on methodologies, toolkits, and training to uphold fitness for purpose.
• Coordinate with Process Owners in maintaining compliance and executing agreed audit findings and process changes.
• Promote, coordinate, and analyze continuous improvement programs. Identify and realize continuous improvement opportunities at all levels by coordinating regular improvement cycles.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or equivalent.
• 8 years' experience in the oil and gas industry or with a management consulting firm, with at least 5 years in the area of management systems design and implementation.
• Demonstrable experience in process improvement and change management in complex environments.
