Key Responsibilties
Coordinate and monitor quality improvement initiatives across departments to ensure compliance with organisational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and compliance reviews and support departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Collect, analyse, and report quality indicators, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage incident reporting, risk assessments, and root cause analyses, ensuring timely investigation and follow-up of identified issues.
Support accreditation and regulatory compliance activities, including preparation for surveys, audits, and inspections.
Develop, review, and maintain quality-related policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
Coordinate staff education and awareness programmes on quality, patient safety, infection control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and operational excellence throughout the organisation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, Quality Management, or a related healthcare field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, patient safety, or clinical operations.
Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NHRA, JCI, CARF, CBAHI, or equivalent).
