Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Reprographics Assistantto join our award-winning team in Doha, Qatar.
This critical role will be responsible for providing reprographics and stationery supply support.
We envisage success in this role to include:
• Providing reprographics and stationery supply support.
• Producing KEO’s in-house printed material.
• Processing requests, format and process jobs for bids, tenders, submissions, publications and internal projects using corporate formats to achieve the highest standards.
• Liaising with divisions regarding job scheduling/logistics using external suppliers as necessary.
• Ensuring job request details are accurate, all elements are understood and any adjustments made prior to production, manage work schedule and prioritise to achieve set deadlines.
• Performing basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance, escalating technical issues to the IT team when necessary.
• Liaising with external vendors to coordinate outsourced printing jobs that cannot be completed in-house.
• Assisting the FM&A team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational activities.
• Following established FM&A policies and procedures.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years' work experience in a similar role, partnered with Diploma or Bachelor degree.
Furthermore, you should demonstrate:
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office Package.
• Have good knowledge in printing, collating, finishing, binding and related programs and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, graphic editing and experience of CAD is an advantage.
