Location: Al Salhiya / Avenues / Al Kout / Asima Mall

Working Hours: 8 hours – Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 days per week, 1 day off

Salary: KWD 300–400

Visa: Article 18 Transferable Visa

Preferred: Male – Asian Nationality

Job Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury watches based on their preferences and budget.
• Present and explain watch features, specifications, collections, and brand information.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, warranty, and after-sales services.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, particularly regarding luxury watch brands and collections.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure the showroom is kept to luxury retail standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing, payments, stock checks, and other showroom procedures as required.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience in retail sales

• Customer-focused with a professional and well-presented personality.
• Confident in handling high-value products and customers.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Article 18 transferable visa is required.
