Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and helpful manner, providing product information and recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and tidy environment. Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments and checking stock levels. Build customer relationships by offering personalized service and addressing their needs effectively. Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales goals. Requirements Previous customer service or retail sales experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
