Bin Hindi Motors (KIA) - Spare Parts Job Overview: The role involves identifying customer requirements and inquiries related to automobile spare parts, providing professional and efficient assistance to all customers in selecting the necessary parts, processing counter sales activities to ensure complete customer satisfaction and collaborating with the storekeeper to issue the required spare parts with minimal service lead time.Required Skills: Knowledge in product(s) spare parts and principal(s) policies, procedures, Electronic parts catalogue and online systems when available. Administrative skills. Customer focused and good customer relations ability. Excellent Communication skills. Ability to identify the parts from the electronic parts catalogue. Hand on experience in achieving high pressure sales & CSL targets. Computer Skills. Courteous & Polite. Marketing Skills.Duties and Responsibilities: To achieve the set targets of sales / profitability and customer satisfaction. To maximize sales & service levels for field (Bahrain) & export market customers. To communicate the lost sales & market feedback on prices, quality & delivery to the management. To analyze competitor s activities & advise the management on promotional schemes, campaigns & expand the market share for parts. To monitor the payments, control of returns & credits by effective communication with the accountant. To assist inventory control in identifying the slow & dead stocks & items early liquidation through potentials bulk or retail sales channels. To explore new customers for company s products. To explore new products based on feedback received from the customers. Inform the direct Supervisor of any delays, difficulties, nonconformities, or complaints raised during work. Adheres to the price lists of spare parts and discount limits approved by the spare parts division manager. Makes sure that the issued spare parts from the stores are according to the pick lists and as per the requirements of the customer. Handle customer vehicles and property with extreme care to prevent damage at all times. Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi Internal procedures and policies. Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Head & Job holder. Qualification Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering
