Sales Executive – Landscape & Garden Services

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our landscaping company in Oman.

The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of GCC sales experience, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, gardening, facility management, construction, or related industries. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven ability to generate leads, and experience in developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for landscaping services.

• Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate clients.

• Visit clients and understand their landscaping requirements.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.

• Identify upcoming landscaping and construction projects in the market.

• Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams.

• Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, client meetings, and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Conduct regular market visits and business development activities.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven GCC sales experience.

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, gardening, construction, facility management, or related industries is preferred.

• Valid GCC Driving Licence is mandatory.

• GCC market experience is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

• Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Good command of English.

• Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic CRM/sales tools.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
