SENIOR INTERIOR FIT-OUT ENGINEER

Job description

construction company in Kuwait is seeking a Senior Interior Fit-Out Engineer for a hotel project currently in the close-out and final handover stage.

Employment Details:

• Project Type: Hotel Project

• Contract Duration: 3–4 months

• Expected Joining Date: Between 1 and 15 October 2026

• Monthly Salary: KWD 800–1,000, depending on qualifications and experience

• Location: Kuwait

Skills

• Complete and close out all outstanding interior fit-out and finishing works.

• Manage, follow up, and close all project snag lists.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to complete the remaining works.

• Ensure that all rectification works comply with the approved drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.

• Arrange inspections and obtain snag clearance from the Consultant.

• Coordinate the final handover of completed works to the Consultant and Hotel Operator.

• Follow up on all required close-out and handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• 10–12 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.

• Previous experience in hotel or high-end hospitality projects is highly preferred.

• Strong experience in project close-out, snag-list management, inspections, and final handover.

• Good knowledge of joinery, gypsum board, marble, ceilings, flooring, painting, and other finishing works.

• Strong coordination skills with consultants, hotel operators, subcontractors, MEP teams, and suppliers.

• Candidates must currently be residing in Kuwait.

• Candidates must be available to join between 1 and 15 October 2026.
