Soft Services Supervisor

Job description

• Monitor and maintain all MEP systems, HVAC, fire protection, and other building infrastructure.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and reduce downtime.

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance, repairs, and regulatory certifications.

• Ensure compliance with Bahraini safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards.

• Assist in planning and budgeting for facility maintenance and capital improvement projects.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations, ensuring timely resolution.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and compliance reports.

• Identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements and sustainable facility solutions.

• Collaborate with the facility management team and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance schedules.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month
