What you'll build

You'll lead enterprise architecture activities across a defined scope, overseeing solution design, architectural roadmaps, and guardrail standards, managing complex stakeholder engagement, coordinating your team, and advising senior leadership on IT strategy and technology investment. Driving AI-assisted architecture practices, ensuring integrity and scalability of architectural decisions at scale, and building team capability in agentic and responsible AI design are central to the role.

You'll set the enterprise architecture standard across your scope and be accountable for both the quality of architectural decisions and the strategic alignment of IT with business objectives. Influence spans delivery teams, IT leadership, product owners, and senior business stakeholders. Qualifications

What you'll bring

You have extensive expertise in enterprise architecture strategy, cross-domain solution design, architecture governance, technology investment planning, stakeholder influence, and team coordination. Experience overseeing architecture programmes across a broad scope, leading complex roadmap development, and developing team capability across multiple architecture domains is essential.
