Staff Bus Driver - Employee Transportation

Main Duties and Responsibilities* Pick up and drop off hotel colleagues between theiraccommodation and the hotel in a safe, friendly and courteous manner.* Operate assigned transportation vehicles with consistent attention to road safety and passenger comfort.* Keep the staff bus clean and properly maintained.* Review and update the transportation logbook as required.* Carry out minor vehicle maintenance tasks when necessary and within the responsibilities of the role.* Refuel assigned vehicles and ensure they remain ready for scheduled transportation duties.* Monitor periodic vehicle maintenance requirements and report when scheduled servicing is due or completed.* Prepare trip reports and maintain accurate transportation records.* Prepare accident or incident reports when required.* Report relevant transportation matters regularly to the Transportation or Employee Services Manager.* Respond professionally to passenger concerns and help resolve complaints appropriately.* Maintain the required transportation service standards.* Remain familiar with UAE roads, landmarks and routes, particularly within Dubai.* Maintain knowledge of applicable local road rules and follow them during all transportation duties.* Provide other services requested by management when not engaged in scheduled transportation.Team and Hotel ResponsibilitiesThe Staff Bus Driver will coordinate closely with the Transportation Team Leader and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage and other hotel departments.The role also requires familiarity with relevant company documentation and the Operational Standards Manual covering transportation responsibilities. The successful candidate will attend scheduled training, maintain professional conduct and appearance, and remain informed about daily hotel activities and facilities.Qualifications and Experience* Diploma or high school education.* 1-3 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or relevant UAE driving experience.* Valid UAE driving license.* Familiarity with roads and landmarks across the UAE, particularly Dubai.* Knowledge of local road rules.* Ability to maintain a professional, friendly and courteous approach when transporting colleagues.
