Easy Trip Travel Agency is hiring 1–2 experienced Travel Consultants for our office in Kuwait City.

Position: Travel Consultant – Flights & Hotels

Employment: Full-time, on-site in Kuwait City

Salary: KWD 400–500 per month, depending on experience

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of practical experience in travel reservations, covering BOTH flights and hotels.

• Proficiency in Amadeus, including ticket issuance, changes and refunds.

• Experience in hotel reservations and cancellation policies.

• Good Arabic and English communication and customer service skills.

• Accuracy, attention to detail and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, changes and refunds.

• Search, compare and book hotels through travel supplier systems.

• Prepare accurate quotations and explain baggage allowances and booking conditions.

• Follow up with customers and suppliers and maintain accurate booking records.
