Welding & Piping QC Inspectors (Onshore Site – UAE)

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Welding Inspectors and Piping QC Inspectors to join our Third-Party Inspection (TPI) team for a major oil and gas project in Habshan, Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA/QC inspection and surveillance across site piping fabrication, structural welding, and installation activities according to approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Witness and verify welding procedure qualifications (WPS/PQR), welder performance qualifications, and heat treatments (PWHT)
• Perform material receiving inspections, review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), vendor Inspection Release Notes (IRNs), and ensure material traceability on site
• Review non-destructive testing (NDT) reports, site surveys, hydrostatic testing packages, and quality dossiers
• Identify and report site non-conformances (NCRs), participate in root cause analysis, and monitor corrective action close-outs
Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering

Experience:

• Welding / Piping Inspector: Minimum 8 years of hands-on QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry

Mandatory Certifications:

• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI (for Inspector level)
• Knowledge of international codes (ASME, API, AWS, ISO) and ADNOC QA/QC standards
• Fluency in English with strong technical reporting skills
