• Ensure compliant, bias-free hiring process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Experience with end-to-end recruiting lifecycle

• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools

• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter

• Job description and intake management

• Interview scheduling and screening

• Recruiting analytics and reporting

• Stakeholder management

• Structured interviewing

• Communication and follow-up

• Negotiation

• Time management and organization
